Registration is only open to qualified corporate, association, and independent event or meeting planners/professionals. Vendors and service-providers are not permitted to attend Agenda XPO with full conference or XPO Hall passes. Any registrations issued to non-qualified attendees will be immediately refunded.
Cancellation deadline is October 31, 2008. All cancellations must be received in writing by October 31, 2008 to receive a refund. Refunds for Full Conference Passes will be granted less an administrative fee of $40 if we are notified before October 31, 2008. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 31, 2008. NO refunds will be issued for XPO-Hall-Only passes regardless of date of request. Receipt of all refund requests must be confirmed by Agenda USA prior to October 31, 2008; refunds will be processed post-show. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations.
Agenda XPO accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express. The charge on your statement will appear as Red 7 Media.
